Please be reminded of the 2024 Master Bus Route that we are able to offer to begin this school year. While we are not where we would like to be at with our bus offerings at this time, we are able to offer more than we were able to last spring! We will be adding additional bus routes as soon as additional drivers complete the certification requirements in full. There is a CTE orientation on Monday, August 26th in the High School Gym at 6 pm. Parents and students are encouraged to attend for paperwork. This is for any high school students attending the Cheboygan CTE classes this year.
Freshman Orientation will be on Monday, August 26th in the High School Gym at 5:15pm.

LaSalle High School exams will continue on Thursday, June 6th, and Friday, June 7th. Thursday exams are 1st hour 8 am-9:30 am & 2nd hour 9:35-11:05 am. Friday exams are 3rd hour 8 am-9:30 am & 4th hour 9:35 am-11:05 am High school students will be dismissed at 11:05 am.
St. Ignace Elementary/Middle School will dismiss for summer break at the end of the day on Thursday, June 6. We will not be in session in the PK-8 building on Friday so that school staff and families wishing to can attend the memorial service for Principal King. Memorial service details are noted on our school website.
High school exams start tomorrow. Wednesday's schedule is 6th hour 8am-9:30am, 7th hour 9:35am-11:05am ,lunch 11:05-11:25am, 5th hour 11:30-1pm
A celebration of life will take place for Principal Lisa King on Friday, June 7 at Cross in the Woods in Indian River. Visitation will begin at 10:30 followed by a funeral service at 12:00. There will be a luncheon immediately following. Please continue to keep Lisa's family and friends in your thoughts during this difficult time.
Our school district will be moving our last day in session for our Elementary/Middle School to the end of the day on Thursday, June 6 to allow an opportunity for all Elementary/Middle School staff to be able to attend the services on Friday. We will have more detailed information coming for our last day of preschool/elementary/middle school on June 6 as we will still be holding our academic awards assemblies in the morning and our field day in the afternoon before students are dismissed for summer vacation. At this time, our tentative plan is to continue to keep our high school exam schedule in place as already planned for June 5, 6, and 7.
Memorial service arrangements for Principal King are not yet available. We will be sure to share those out as soon the the family has them complete. The attached resource may be helpful for you as you help your child navigate this difficult loss.

Just Dessert recipients have been announced. High School students who qualified for this ceremony were given a letter today inviting them to the Just Desserts Ceremony on Tuesday, April 23rd at 6:30 pm in the high school gym.
