Elementary/Middle School Return to School Information Center
Our 2020 Elementary/Middle School Return to School plan provides many details and specific information on what our learning options for this school year include. Within our current Phase 5 regional designation, our district is providing two learning options for our K-12 students. Families are able to choose between in person instruction with strict guidelines or full virtual enrollment. Please read our plan below for full details. Please note that our Great Start Readiness Preschool (GSRP) program will follow all aspects of our plan as well with specifics noted within.
Students who are already enrolled in St. Ignace Area Schools are welcome to complete a virtual enrollment form for our K-8 EUP Virtual Learning Collaborative learning program if you are choosing that instructional option for Semester 2. We ask that you sumbit your EUP Virtual Enrollment Collaborative enrollment request by the end of the day on January 8 for our planning purposes. Please be aware that enrollment in the EUP Virtual Collaborative for all K-8 students will be in place for the full Semester from January 25 through the last day in session May 28. There will not be an option to move between virtual and in-person learning at marking period.
The EUP Virtual Collaborative will use Canvas as our online learning platform for instruction delivery with Accelerate Education content. Please visit this link for more information on this virtual program.
If you are a new family to our district, please complete your virtual enrollment request through the link above. It will also be necessary for you to complete a district new student enrollment form as well. You can contact our office for an appointment to complete this necessary paperwork or you can begin by using the new student enrollment link below.
