In recognition of the higher degree of difficulty associated with the course, the extra workload that is assigned, and to encourage students to take the honor's classes, a grade point adjustment will be made on final transcript. For every semester honors class that a students earns a B- or better, including classes taken the 8th semester, they will have .01 added to their GPA on their final transcript after the final calculations are completed their senior year. Below is a list of classes that have been designated as honors classes:

• French III

• Calculus

• Chemistry II

• Honors English

• Advanced Placement Courses

• Anatomy/Physiology

• Functions/Statistics/Trigonometry

• Physics
